Users with an R4.6x combined mail template residing on an R5.x server would not see any active buttons, making the dialogs useless.
The original change to the HTTP server in R5 which created this problem caused hotspots within bracketed passthru HTML to stop working. This change may have affected other applications, so the change has been reverted to provide backwards compatibility. [5.0.1b]
